Objectives of the measure:
• Improving human potential in agriculture and forestry through the dissemination of knowledge and skills;
• Ensuring an adequate level of technical and economic knowledge and skills in management and business, new technologies, quality and safety of products, sustainable management of natural resources, including cross-compliance requirements, renewable energy and organic production.

• Improving the quality and quantity of wood by conducting appropriate sylvicultural activities (thinning and pruning);

• Increase understanding and knowledge of farmers about the impact positive and negative of agricultural practices to the environment, particularly with regard to the management of soil and water and conservation of biological diversity;
